About the position

The Payroll Specialist position at our security firm in Chatsworth is a full-time role focused on payroll processing, customer service, and payroll setup. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively. Excellent keyboarding skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of core math principles and proficiency in both oral and written English. Familiarity with modern computer technology is mandatory, as the candidate will be trained on our proprietary computer systems. Previous payroll processing experience is a requirement for this role, as the specialist will be responsible for managing payroll for new clients and training them on our payroll procedures. Knowledge of other payroll software systems will be considered an asset. Attendance is crucial in this position, as our business operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some mandatory overtime expected.
