The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the successful processing of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, which includes paying employees, completing all necessary reporting, and performing accounting-related tasks. Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all employees are paid correctly and on schedule.
  • Complete all payroll-related reporting requirements.
  • Perform accounting tasks related to payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience, required
  • Prior experience with ADP, required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups, highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Canada payroll is a huge plus.
