Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain payroll records and update employee information as needed.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate tracking of employee time off, benefits, and deductions.
• Continuously improve payroll processes and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
