Vaco Phoenix is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a top client in West Phoenix, AZ. This role is crucial as the Payroll Specialist will be the sole individual responsible for managing payroll for over 300 employees across multiple states, including Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, Washington, and Idaho. The position is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year, and it offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for one day of remote work each week. Interviews for this position are being conducted this week, making it an urgent and exciting opportunity for qualified candidates. The Payroll Specialist will be tasked with processing payroll on a weekly and biweekly basis, ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations and handling garnishments as necessary.
