The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for the organization, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll reporting policies and procedures, as well as payroll tax regulations. The Payroll Specialist will utilize ADP ERP software to manage payroll data and generate reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing. The position is hybrid, requiring three days of onsite work and two days of remote work, allowing for flexibility while maintaining essential in-person collaboration. In addition to payroll processing, the Payroll Specialist will be expected to maintain thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and apply this knowledge to payroll functions. The role may also involve assisting with audits and ensuring that payroll records are accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Payroll Specialist and a strong working knowledge of payroll systems and regulations. This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
