The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy in payroll reports, and managing employee data related to payroll. This role emphasizes a collaborative work environment and offers potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees (salary and hourly)
• Enter all new employees into the system and make applicable changes to direct deposits and tax withholdings
• Pull payroll reports
• Balance payroll reports to ensure they match all hours and timesheet changes
• Prepare payroll deductions and other tasks as needed

Requirements

• At least 3 years of payroll experience
• Associate's Degree is required
• Collaborative team player and takes initiative
