About the position

ChurchShield, LLC is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll Department. This part-time position offers flexible hours, ranging from 15 to 25 hours per week, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to balance work with other commitments. The Payroll Specialist will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the accurate collection and processing of payroll data while providing exceptional support to our clients, primarily churches and nonprofits across the country. While prior payroll experience is not mandatory, it is certainly a plus, and we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this field. In this customer-facing role, the Payroll Specialist will interact with clients to gather necessary payroll information and address any inquiries they may have. The position requires attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, as the successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll in a timely manner.
