About the position

Stillwater Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing Community is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and assist with employee onboarding. The role requires proficiency in payroll systems and Excel, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Assist with the onboarding of new hires.
• Perform BCI checks for new employees.
• Manage Health Insurance enrollment for employees.
• Familiarize with the facility/company employee handbook.

Requirements

• Experience with payroll systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Word.
• Knowledge of Payroll Based Journal (PBJ).
