About the position

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll duties for the Midwest Region of a Crane Rental company based in Wilder, KY. This role requires expertise in handling payroll for a partially unionized workforce and involves navigating through multiple payroll systems, running weekly payroll, and tracking timesheets and pay schedules. The position is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll duties for the Midwest Region.
• Run weekly payroll and generate weekly reports.
• Track timesheets and pay schedules.
• Navigate through three payroll systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist.
• 2+ years of experience in a unionized workforce environment.
• Experience running weekly payroll and reading timesheets/pay schedules.
• Strong understanding of Ohio and Indiana pay laws.
• Experience with JD Edwards and ADP (Vantage).
