About the position

The Implementation Payroll Consultant role at TSR Consulting Services, Inc. involves delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for product or service implementations, particularly in Payroll or Time and Labor Management. This position requires strong client consultation skills and the ability to analyze and recommend solutions that meet client needs, while fostering long-term relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to deliver comprehensive solutions that best meet their business needs.
  • Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to guide clients toward the optimal solution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend new processes, tools, and approaches as appropriate.
  • Develop long-term relationships and trust with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Interact and collaborate with team members in sales and customer service to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Regularly communicate with members of the client project team, prioritizing tasks, adhering to timelines, and addressing issues as they arise.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a client service or customer service environment.
  • At least 1 year of business consulting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.

  • Excellent analytical skills and time management capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
