The Payroll Specialist role is essential for managing the financial operations of a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) company, focusing on the accurate and timely processing of payroll, commissions, and other financial transactions. This position allows for a hybrid work environment, primarily remote with occasional in-office visits, and requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in finance and payroll management.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for commission-based earnings on the MLM side of the business.
• Manage financial transactions, including payments, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely payouts to employees, affiliates, and other partners.
• Track and report on financial activities, including commissions, expenses, and revenue.
• Collaborate with the management team to forecast financial needs and ensure cash flow aligns with company objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with financial audits as needed.
• Provide strategic input on financial matters and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or payroll administration.
• Strong understanding of MLM commission structures and payout processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments.
