About the position

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a rapidly growing company within the HR and finance team. This role involves ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, conducting audits, and maintaining detailed records of payroll adjustments and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing of weekly and biweekly hourly and salary payroll.
• Assist in payroll and timesheet audit activities.
• Prepare and balance payroll runs per compliance requirements.
• Process payrolls for various scheduled pay dates.
• Conduct detailed reconciliation and balancing of payroll data.
• Enter and audit payroll adjustments, manual checks, and refunds.
• Maintain logs and spreadsheets to reconcile data and audit entries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in payroll processing.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and ADP.
