Responsibilities

• Payroll processing
• Overtime tracking
• Managing commissions and bonuses (monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly)
• 401k processing
• Tracking loans and withdrawals
• Assisting the controller with the annual 401k audit
• Preparing payroll budgets and analysis
• Performing regular analysis against budget and previous years

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Master's degree is a plus
• 5-7 years of payroll experience
• Experience with PEO
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivots, VLOOKUPs, Power Query)
