Responsibilities

  • Execute payroll processing duties for a variety of employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Utilize accounting software systems to maintain and update financial records.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees, resolving them promptly and effectively.
  • Perform audits to ensure all payroll activities comply with established policies and regulations.
  • Manage and process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring all employees are paid on time and correctly.
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now for various payroll tasks.
  • Ensure the accurate administration of 401k.
  • Conduct end-of-year payroll processing, including the preparation of tax documents.
  • Oversee the full cycle of payroll processes, from data collection to final payment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about accounting functions and benefit functions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
  • Understanding of Accounting Functions
  • Experience in Auditing
  • Familiarity with Benefit Functions
  • Proficiency in Full Cycle Payroll
  • Experience in Payroll procedures and processes
  • Ability to Process Bi-weekly Payroll
  • Experience with Year-end Payroll processes
