About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. The primary purpose of this role is to analyze complex data sets, generate insights, and support decision-making processes across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and be proficient in data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
