About the position

SNI Financial has partnered with a valued client to find a Payroll Specialist located in East Denver. This position is designed for a professional who will be part of a small team and will operate in a hybrid work environment, allowing for one day of remote work each week. The Payroll Specialist will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations, and providing support to employees regarding payroll inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration and be proficient in using payroll software, particularly UKG. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet payroll deadlines and maintain employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Utilize UKG software for payroll administration and reporting.
• Handle payroll inquiries from employees and provide timely assistance.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll taxes and deductions.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with UKG payroll software.
• Minimum of 1 year of payroll administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with payroll services, payroll taxes, and payroll processing.
