About The Position
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for over 18,000 employees across multiple U.S. and Canadian states. This role involves managing various payroll schedules, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and addressing payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies. The specialist will also reconcile data from third-party interfaces, provide customer support, and collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to enhance payroll processes.
