About the position

The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for overseeing payroll operations for over 600 employees, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now. This role involves managing a small team of payroll processors and handling multi-state payroll, including both union and non-union employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management and compliance with payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team of payroll processors
• Manage payroll for 600+ employees
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing
• Handle multi-state payroll, including union and non-union employees
• Manage garnishments, payroll labor laws, payroll tax, and reporting
• Perform light general accounting tasks
• Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll management
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
• Strong understanding of multi-state payroll and union regulations
• Knowledge of garnishments, payroll labor laws, payroll tax, and reporting
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
