About the position

The Payroll Support Specialist will assist employees with inquiries related to payroll processes and systems. This role involves handling internal calls from various staff levels, logging payroll information, and addressing questions about time off, timekeeping, benefits, and policies. The specialist will also track calls and direct callers to the appropriate department when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Assist employees with questions regarding payroll processes and systems.
  • Field internal calls from directors, managers, and line workers.
  • Log payroll information into systems.
  • Track calls in an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Address questions about time off, timekeeping, benefit information, and policies.
  • Identify the appropriate department for further assistance if unable to help.

Requirements

  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience with SAP
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
