The Payroll Support Specialist will provide support for Wisely, a payment solution that enables efficient and cost-effective payment options, including off-cycle and on-demand payments. This role involves assisting clients and managing cases using a CRM system, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support clients using the Wisely payment system.
• Manage cases through a CRM system like Salesforce or Bullhorn.
• Assist with payroll support inquiries and issues.
• Utilize internal tools such as ADP SmartCompliance and ADP Run for case management.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Call center experience is required.
• Experience supporting clients effectively.
• Proficiency in using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce or Bullhorn.
• Familiarity with payroll support tools such as ADP SmartCompliance and ADP Run.
• Demonstrated professionalism and good tenure in previous roles.
