About The Position

The Payroll Support position at BambooHR involves providing exceptional customer service and support for the company's payroll software. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for small and medium-sized business clients, helping them navigate payroll-related inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience with the software. This role emphasizes the importance of client satisfaction and offers opportunities for personal and professional growth in the payroll and HR fields.

Requirements

• Passion for customer care and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Desire to learn about payroll processes and systems.
• Articulate and concise communication skills, both written and oral.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn various software applications.
• Ability to multitask and shift between tasks easily.
• Typing speed of 60+ words per minute.
• Availability to attend training from 8:00am-5:00pm in person, Monday through Friday (MST).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in credit unions, accounting, finance, or statistics.
• Previous experience in payroll or HR.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional email and phone support for customers using the payroll software.
• Research solutions to challenging problems faced by clients.
• Help clients integrate and utilize the software effectively.
• Provide solutions to questions regarding deductions, garnishments, and the payroll software.
• Perform focused work Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts.
