About the position

The position involves managing and coordinating tax deposits and filings for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role requires collaboration with various departments to resolve issues and maintain documentation, while also participating in client enrollment and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately submit current and prior tax deposits
  • Coordinate and review client tax filing reports
  • Analyze balances and reconcile client tax deposits utilizing employee ACCs
  • Analyze balances and client filing reports utilizing employee ACCs
  • Determine corrective actions by working within Tax and other supporting departments such as Banking, Operations, Conversion, and Implementation
  • Display core values of security, teaching and learning, teamwork, and helpfulness
  • Communicate resolutions to supporting departments
  • Assist in documentation and maintenance of procedures
  • Enroll clients for TPA access
  • Participate in quarterly and yearend processing
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+-years experience in payroll or payroll tax or tax with proven proficiencies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to organize and multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize and be flexible with changing priorities
  • Detail oriented
  • Math and accounting proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office
