About the position

TSI seeks a highly skilled and experienced C4ISR Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline and at least five (5) years of direct work experience with C4ISR or similar programs/projects. In addition, the candidate should have at least two (2) years of direct work experience in design/development, production, installation, and test and evaluation in support of performance-based logistics and depot-level repair programs. This role involves supervising project personnel and/or teams, scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bids, and having experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material. The Program Manager will ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Effective communication with stakeholders is crucial to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood. The Program Manager will also ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures. Additionally, the role requires providing written and oral communication to management and customers regarding project status, issues, and risks. Responsibilities

Requirements
