The PC Build and Operations Specialist at VYRALTEQ is responsible for crafting custom PCs tailored to client specifications, with a focus on liquid cooling systems and innovative design techniques. Responsibilities

• Craft custom PCs with precision, tailoring each build to meet bespoke client needs.
• Build and design custom liquid-cooled PCs with expertise in custom loops and liquid cooling systems.
• Utilize 3D printing and retrofitting components to deliver unique custom PC builds.
• Work with UV printing on industrial-size machinery to enhance the aesthetic design of custom builds.
• Use Photoshop and design skills to create personalized touches for custom builds.
• Stay abreast of the latest components and market trends in PC building.
• Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring low stock is promptly reported.
• Fulfill orders that encompass a range of products beyond PCs.
• Provide customer assistance and sales support in our esports arena.
• Represent VYRAL at national and international expos, networking with industry leaders.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in custom PC building, with specific experience in liquid cooling systems.
• Proficiency in 3D printing and retrofitting components for custom builds.
• Experience with Photoshop, design work, and UV printing on large industrial machines is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest PC components and trends.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset, capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
