About the position

The Desktop Support Technician role is a one-day assignment focused on providing support for Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite in an enterprise environment. The technician will interact directly with end users to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite in an enterprise environment.
• Interact directly with end users to provide technical support.
• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and hardware.
• Setup, configure, and add all hardware components.
• Provide desktop and network support.

Requirements
