About the position

The PC Technical Support role is focused on a Desktop Deployment project that will commence in early December and is expected to last over a year. The position involves following detailed documentation for building machines, preparing for deployment, and providing support to branch locations during this critical phase. The role is essential for ensuring a smooth transition and operational efficiency during the deployment process.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot PC-related issues effectively.
  • Adhere strictly to provided instructions while also being proactive in learning new processes.
  • Play a pivotal role in establishing build processes from the ground up.
  • Identify any gaps within existing procedures and contribute valuable insights for improvement.
  • Retain important information and adapt to evolving project needs as necessary.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in PC troubleshooting.
  • Ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
  • Keen learner with an aptitude for understanding technical build processes.
  • Experience or interest in identifying procedural gaps and optimizing workflows.
  • Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week.
