Responsibilities
- Receive and process computer equipment (laptops, monitors, etc.) shipped back to the work site.
- Assist in cleaning, cataloging, and finding appropriate locations for the equipment.
- Open and sort 40-60 boxes of equipment per day.
- Segregate monitors and laptops for recycling or reuse.
- Perform initial cleaning for reusable laptops.
- Conduct asset tagging and diagnostics for PCs as needed.
- Manage warranty repairs and data sanitization processes.
- Create tickets in the SNOW system for tracking purposes.
- Request boxes from vendors for shipping equipment for repair.
- Configure, refurbish, and deploy PCs as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of PC hardware.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Experience in inventory management and quality assurance.
