The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at Guardian Angel Senior Services plays a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to seniors in their homes. This position involves assisting clients with personal care, daily living activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. The PCA is expected to follow a written care plan and maintain a warm, respectful attitude towards clients, making a significant difference in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with 1 on 1 personal care and home management as instructed by the written plan of care.
• Facilitate activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care, hygiene, leisure activities, and socialization.
• Help seniors with shopping, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Ensure client safety at all times.

• Excellent communication skills to report on program participants' progress and any changes.
