About the position
Access To Home Care Services, an award-winning home care agency, is currently hiring Personal Care Aides to join our dedicated team. We provide quality care to individuals in need, allowing them to maintain their independence and well-being. The starting pay for this position is $18.10 to $19.10 per hour, depending on client needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and providing medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and laundry as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a valid PCA or HHA certificate, or a current CNA license.
- Compassionate and caring nature is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate varying work hours.
