About the position

Pinnacle In-Home Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and experienced caregivers to provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in various service areas, ensuring clients receive the care they need in a comfortable environment. A sign-on bonus of $500 is available for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Provide nutrition and meal preparation support
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Run errands and assist with shopping
• Offer care for clients with dementia
• Provide hospice care as needed

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in an institutional setting, home care agency, hospital, hospice, or long-term care facility
• Certificate issued by the State of Arkansas for working in long-term care facilities
• Completion of a 40-hour aide training course or a 90-hour CNA training course
• Documentation from a nursing program confirming competency in basic nursing care for nursing students
