The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role involves providing essential support to residents in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This full-time position requires working 12-hour shifts during the day, focusing on assisting seniors with their personal care needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status
• Help with mobility and physical assistance as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Requirements

• Valid First Aid Certification
• Experience in senior care
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience as a personal care assistant
• Certification in CPR
