Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and toileting.

• Support individuals with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for individuals.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in assisted living or direct support is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes (if applicable).
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work with individuals who are elderly, disabled, and mentally challenged.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals in need of care.
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate varying shifts and client needs.
