About the position

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role involves providing essential support services to clients in their homes, focusing on personal care and daily living activities. The position is available for both part-time and full-time schedules, with specific hours outlined for each day of the week. The PCA will assist clients with various tasks to enhance their quality of life and ensure their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with feeding, bathing, and grooming.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning.
• Accompany clients to doctor's visits.
• Provide support with transfers as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid First Aid Certification.
• Experience in personal support services.
• Knowledge of Resident's rights.

• Experience with transfers.
