As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at Oxford HealthCare, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly and disabled clients in maintaining their independence within the comfort of their own homes. This position is part-time and offers flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. The job does not require any prior certifications, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you are well-prepared to assist our clients effectively. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the quality of life for those you care for, such as light housekeeping, running errands, providing personal care assistance, preparing meals, and handling laundry duties. To be successful in this role, you must be able to pass a national background check and possess reliable transportation, along with proof of auto insurance. A valid driver's license is also required.
