Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide mobility support and help with transfers as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
• Offer medication reminders and companionship to enhance quality of life.
• Monitor clients' overall health and well-being, reporting any changes to supervisors.

Requirements

• Experience in personal care or caregiving preferred, but not required - training provided for the right candidates.
• A compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and provide references.
