About The Position
We have an opening for a home health aide to join our growing team at ProVision Home Care Agency. In this role, you will be tasked with helping patients with personal hygiene, minor medical needs, housekeeping, and other daily needs as required by the patient. This position is essential in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring they maintain their dignity and quality of life. To excel in this role, you should have a genuine interest in health care and the ability to work with limited supervision, keeping the patient's needs as your top priority. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks. You will also perform basic health care services for patients, including checking vital signs, and help with general light housekeeping. Additionally, you will be responsible for making transportation arrangements as needed and collaborating with a nurse and other caregivers and in-home care professionals. Observing and reporting on patient conditions is crucial, as is keeping up with in-service training to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
