About the position

The PCA Personal Care Assistant role is designed to provide essential home healthcare support to older adults and individuals with disabilities. The position focuses on delivering compassionate and innovative care while ensuring the well-being of clients in their homes. The role can be performed on a full-time or part-time basis, with a commitment to working weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
• Monitor and record vital signs as required.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care needs.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• BLS Certification is preferred.
• Experience in monitoring vital signs is required.

Nice-to-haves

• CPR Certification is preferred.
