About the position

As a Personal Care Assistant at VINS Enterprises, you will provide essential care and support to patients in various medical settings, including clinics and hospitals. Your role will involve assisting patients with daily activities, offering emotional support, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for their care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Help with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
• Support patients in mobility and exercises as directed by healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Document patient care activities accurately

Requirements

• CPR Certification
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Required)
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in geriatrics or medical-surgical units, is preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members efficiently
