Connecticut Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team in Danbury, CT. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those under their care. This position is available in various capacities including full-time, part-time, temporary, and per diem, allowing for flexibility in scheduling. The pay for this role ranges from $16.79 to $17.07 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In this role, you will assist individuals with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being. Additionally, you will help with meal preparation and remind clients of their medication schedules. Performing light household duties to ensure a clean and safe environment is also part of your responsibilities. You will accompany clients to appointments, outings, or recreational activities, and monitor their health status, promptly reporting any changes in health or behavior. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
