We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide essential support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct support, behavior management, and working with people with developmental disabilities. As a PCA, you will assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, while also providing companionship and emotional support. You will help with meal preparation and medication reminders, support individuals in daily activities and exercises, and monitor and report changes in health or behavior.
