About the position

City Care Home Care is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide personalized in-home assistance to seniors. The role involves creating meaningful relationships with clients while delivering essential personal care services, ensuring that seniors can maintain their independence in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendship to seniors and their families.
• Remind clients to take their medications.
• Establish open communication with seniors and their families.
• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, and feeding.
• Help clients with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
• Provide transportation, ambulation, and transfers for clients.

Requirements

• PCA, HHA certification, CNA license, or professional caregiving experience required.
• Current Driver's License and Automobile Insurance with a reliable vehicle.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Pass a Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record, and Credit History check.
• Basic knowledge of PC operation and access to the internet.
