This full-time position offers a sponsorship opportunity valued at $750, contingent upon a commitment to a full-time role for one year after completing the training program. The role involves working various shifts, including holidays and weekends, and requires attendance in a training class scheduled from January 28 to February 10.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents throughout the Care Center.
• Communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies.
• Maintain confidentiality and honor residents' rights.
• Participate in training and development programs as required.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and honor residents' rights.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Must be available to attend the class schedule and meet training program criteria.
• Excellent attendance and work history.
