In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily living activities, which may include meal preparation, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization. You will travel from home to home, providing personalized care tailored to each client's needs. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive 16-hour training course at no cost to you, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel in your role as a PCA. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, and socialization.
  • Travel from home to home to provide personalized care to clients.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be a trained PCA or CNA, or willing to complete the 16-hour training course provided at no cost.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record if driving for the company is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory.
