About the position

The PCIS Engineer for Power Systems at LTTS will focus on the design and development of electrical distribution systems specifically for FMCG process plants. This role involves conducting power system studies, collaborating with clients to define project scopes, and coordinating with vendors and construction teams to ensure the successful completion of engineering packages. The engineer will also ensure compliance with relevant standards and provide support for UL508A compliance studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop design of electrical distribution system for FMCG process plant
• Perform power system studies on electrical distribution system of the plant
• Discuss with client to align on the project scope
• Collect required inputs for developing engineering packages
• Coordinate with vendors and site construction team for design package completion
• Provide support to study panels for UL508A compliance

Requirements

• Experience as an Electrical System Studies Engineer on electrical distribution systems for process plants
• Knowledge in SKM software
• Experience in LV Electrical Distribution Design for Power Distribution Panels and Motor Control Centers
• Sound knowledge of NEC, UL508A, and IEEE standards
• Knowledge of cable sizing, conduit sizing, and power/control panel design
• Ability to develop engineering information packages, bill of materials, and drawings
• Knowledge of electrical safety requirements
• Trained and qualified in NFPA70E requirements
