This role involves enhancing themed music programs, integrating them with onboard activities, and leveraging staff talents to propose innovative programming. The manager also develops strategies for the integration of Princess MedallionClass products and provides training to onboard teams, ensuring a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable live music experiences for guests.

• Monitor and report on Background Music (BGM) and nightlife content.
• Collaborate with onboard Revenue Managers to explore revenue opportunities through live music.
