As a Senior Business Operations Specialist at Capital Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving and executing product and process improvements within Private Client Services. This position requires you to work closely with business owners and stakeholders to design business processes, identify gaps, define future requirements, develop business cases, and make recommendations to enhance our operational efficiency.
