The Senior Data Collection Analyst position at the University of Oklahoma involves supporting research staff in the Educational Training, Evaluation, Assessment & Measurement (E-TEAM) department. The role focuses on collecting, entering, and analyzing data to assist organizations in understanding and utilizing information to address real-world challenges. The position is full-time and requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection (field interviews, focus groups, etc.)
• Create surveys and analyze the results
• Assist in making recommendations based on analysis of data
• Prepare presentations for meetings and conferences
• Collect, clean, and analyze data
• Assist with literature reviews and project research
• Perform various duties as needed to fulfill the function of the position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 24 months of data collection and analysis experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented for accuracy of data and information
• Organized and able to handle multiple projects and tasks
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and manipulate spreadsheets.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Qualtrics
• Experience with statistical software (SPSS, Stata, etc.)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
