About the position
Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director / De Novo Partner for a start-up outpatient pediatric clinic. This unique opportunity allows you to partner with Ivy Rehab to open and run your own clinic, benefiting directly from its success. The position requires a Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist, as there are treatment expectations for Clinic Directors. The company is flexible with location, aiming to establish clinics where talent and patients are available.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Ivy Rehab to start-up and run a pediatric clinic.
- Lead the clinic and manage operations.
- Ensure exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Recruit and build a team for the clinic.
- Engage in marketing and business development for the clinic.
Requirements
- An entrepreneurial spirit.
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
- Proof of current or pending state certification or licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and providing great quality of care.
- Passion for leading and mentoring others.
