This position involves working closely with a team of 24 other dental assistants, providing care to pediatric patients from their first teeth until they graduate from our practice at age 18. You will be responsible for assisting in various clinical procedures, including room setup and breakdown, four-handed dentistry, and sterilization processes. Your contributions will also extend to supply and inventory management, ensuring that our clinical space is well-equipped and organized. In this role, you will support our hygienists and dentists during preventative and operative procedures, helping to create a seamless experience for our patients. You will be expected to complete opening and closing duties as a team and participate in weekly team meetings to discuss progress and areas for improvement.
