Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care to pediatric patients.
- Round on the well-baby nursery as needed.
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and midlevel support staff.
- Participate in a block schedule for shifts in the emergency department.
- Engage in critical care management and ICU rounding.
Requirements
- Board Certified Pediatrician with Emergency Medicine (EM) or Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) experience.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Comfortable with rounding on well-baby nursery.
